2- I put it on a closed plastic bag with some water
3- Temp: +/- 30ºC for several week

Yea! i got germination on a tuberous species. This is one of the few pots that have sprouted so far. The seed was very fresh as i had collected these myself this Summer from my mother plant.
These are about 6 weeks old.
The mother plant has also sprouted several plants in the pot.
