Izumiea basal up for trade. Its about 4 inches across and very well hardened. I grow it under near full sunlight in New York. I'm looking for any interesting neps about equal size.
I would like to try my hand at producing some Nepenthes seed, and I was wondering if I could get a confirmation on this Izumiae x Truncata. I used to cut all my flower stalks off because I didn't have the space/time for seeds, but now I wish to give it a shot. If this is in fact female, I should...

I've been kind of quiet lately, and thought I'd post some pics up that I took recently. It's nice to be able to combine my love of both photography and CPs. I set up a black backdrop, and used filtered sunlight through the blinds behind me for natural colors. Camera was set to 'vivid', which...
I repotted my truncata and took the time to the some picture of the rootball. It was about 6x6x6 inches. The whole thing weighed about 1 pound. It also has 2 basals. It seems to the be the season, my izumiae also has 2 basals.
Here it is potted up.
This info came across the VCPS listserver & even though it comes across as blatant spam, anyone who has seen some of his other books & enjoys Nepenthes will cough up the bucks ... The email also had 21 beautiful color pics of Neps - however, I don't know how to share those pics w/o hosting each...
