Hi,
I already posted some pitures of this plant some time ago, but now it is more mature and maybe you can help me identifying it. It is a TC grown N. gymnamphora from Thomas Alt. I don't know where the seed originates from, but in case Thomas collected the seed by himself chances are high...
hello im new here from sanantonio,tx.
i recieved a n. gymnamphora recently with a healthy top/growing point and a brittle, dry, damaged bottom/root system. its in my terrarium now with the leaves slowly dying up the plant. i would like to save this plant and not lose it because it was...
I have attempted to create a list of all the known and currently recognised species of Nepenthes. Of course this list is by no means complete or even exhaustive, but it does give a rough idea of the number of species known. Please let me know if I have missed any species out, or if you have...
Hi,
N. gymnamphora and N. talangensis were some years ago considered to be the same species. From the pictures shown in Clarke's book Nepenthes of Sumatra and Peninsular Malaysia this seems to be somewhat unbelievable, because the pitchers are considerable different. The plant I got labeled N...

Hi all,
Hope your holidays are pleasant ones. I have been very busy re-organizing my greenhouses and have come up with some nice plants for trade. Unfortunately I do not have any photos so you will have to use your cp knowledge to help you out. I am looking for anything not on my grow list...
What have been your sucess and possible failures of this summers growth?
Amongst my sucess have been my rajah, villosa, burbidgeae, mira, aristolochioides & macrophylla all putting on loads of new growth.
Plants that still have to get off the starting block are my murudensis (no pitchers)...

Hi,
N. gymnamphora and N. singalana are two quite easy growing highland species which aren't too popular. After cutting off dead leafes I made some photos of two still very young plants already showing some features of adult plants:
Cheers Joachim

Was doing a bit of work in the greenhouse today, and thought I'd capture a few images of some of the things which caught my eye. Please pardon the relatively poor quality of these photos; many of them have very limited depth of field, and the lighting was not the best, either!
This is an N...
I got up today and saw a white express mail box outside my door. Opening it up, lo' and behold it's part of my "on hold" order from Wistuba! I thought I wasn't getting anything until Spring '04!
I got:
N. ampullaria (Tayeve Giant Form)
N. dubia
N. gracillima
N. gymnamphora
N. insignis...
