When I get a hold of a digital camera, I tend to head straight to the plants. Here are a few from the other day just because.
D madagascariensis getting ready to go to its new post-auction home
D capensis Alba (thanks Crysstal! It is still growing very well)
N densiflora this is the first pitcher to open since it arrived.
N miranda (probably) with two uppers
and my baby, the N bicalcarata. This one was taken out of the lowland tank and placed in a little three tier greenhouse at the east window. This pitcher was on it in the tank and a few weeks later this is still going strong without any signs of decline. The temps vary, but the humidity is still quite high.
when I get all of my pics from the Cranberry Bog together, I'll post them separately but since I have this one now, here's a wild D rotundifolia from there. I'll try to resize it the next time so that it is easier to see.
