found it for 30$ in local COSTCO mississauga.

Told my parents its for my table lamp ;) .... noticed the full spec light...Its called the sunlight Fluoroscent lamp.

nope actually...its a single watt rated desk lamp.

However, the lumens itself is 2 times that of the regular tube lights I have seen.

also it has the required temp, CRI index, full spectrum.
 
nepenthes_freak, it use's 27 watt's to imitate 100 watt's I have 2 of those lamps and use it for pictures but I could use it to grow my plants if I wanted to. Good choice!
