Will this effort be Tax deductible?

Since time is such a commodity for me and possibly others, I would much rather support with a tax deductible financial donation. Any thoughts on feasibility?

Yes, this will be a non-profit corp. So anything donated, time or money, will be tax deductable. At this time we are working on the paperwork to file for not for profit status.
