Wild collected Sarracenia on ebay

I just saw some Sarracenia Minor wild collected in Florida on Ebay.
Is this permitted in Florida? Seems like it should be illegal.

It depends on where the plants were collected. If the plants are from private land (with permission from the landowner of course) then it should be legal. On public land, definitely not. Ethically, there's good cause to look down upon the practice either way.
