Hmm I believe it's actually a form of whitefly. I would have to look that one up to be certain.
In any case.. spray!! Preferably with something systemic cuz it's killing your plant big time there ;<

Spray your nepenthes with a water-based insecticide, such as Systemic Insect Killer by Ortho.
As far as the product claims kill and control all this bugs:
Japanese beetles, aphids, spider mites, whiteflies, thrips, mealybugs, scales, caterpillars, grasshopppers, Ash plant bug, bagworm, beet armyworm, birch leafminer, black vine weevil, budworms, cabbage looper, catalpa sphinx moth (larvae), cottonwood leaf beetle, Cuban laurel thrips, elm leaf beetle, fall cankerworm, fall webworm, fuchsia mite, gypsy moth (larvae), holly leafminer, lacebugs, leafrollers, leafhoppers, lilac leafminer, maple shoot moth (larvae), mimosa webworm, obscure root weevil, orange-striped oakworm, poplar tentmaker, psyllids, root saddled prominent caterpillar, sawflies (dusky birch, blackheaded ash, redhjeaded pine & European pine), scales (crawlers), spittlebugs, spruce mite, stinkbugs, tent caterpillars, two-spotted spider mite, willow leaf beetle!
