When to transplant pullings?

I tried some leaf pullings this winter and used the "plop them in a tray of pure vermiculite" method and it appears to have worked wonderfully. Just wondering when I should move them out of the pure verm and into something a little less...well, vermiculite? These are P Titan, P "techuacan" and P hybrid-with-the-name-to-long-for-me-to-remember-right-now.

You can do that anytime. Mexican pings don't go into shock easily.
