When to plant Sarracenia?

I live near LA California, US Zone 10. I am starting a Bog / pond. When should I buy and plant Sarracenia's? Attached is the average temperatures for my area. I have heard that you need to wait till late winter / early spring, then again I have heard that they are good year round in some areas.

Thanks all

Repotting at any point during dormancy should be just fine. I've done both late fall and early spring with no real difference

Judging by those temperatures, if the plants have been outside and are accclimated, any time between now and April will be fine.
Cheers
Steve
