When do you move outdoor plants in?

How long do you wait until you decide to move the plants you are growing outdoors indoors? This is for plants that don't have dormancy. Do you leave them out there until Halloween or do you bring them indoors and put them in your grow chamber/terranium so they don't have to experience the colder dormant weather?

Thanks.

Depends on the plant. For hard core tropicals I would start bringing them in if nights are dropping below 60. Semi-tropicals can take down to 45 but 50 is a better cut off point. warm temperate can take to freezing.
