What's wrong with my P. 'Aphrodite'?

My P. 'Aphrodite' was doing well for me. But the tip of the leaves turned brown recently. What could be wrong?

It may have been momentarily poisoned (water, soil). I would try repotting to fresh media.
 
I grow them indoor. I am using 2 x 36 W Phillips 865 fluorescent light. Light on for 14 hours a day.
I will try to change the substrate.
