What's growing in my U. Sandersonii?

Does anyone know what plant has the blade - type leaves shown in the picture?

Looks something like yellow-eyed grass, or an iris of some sort? I've had these growing in pots I've received from others before and just pick them out. A lot of those bog grasses have really deep roots so they're very difficult to remove if you don't get them early.
