I found these on my little Pine tree. Can anyone tell me what they are? Eggs?

Crysopidae eggs.

And those are great things to have around since they are predators. At least from the point of view of an aphid. We're not at much risk.

I hear their larvae are ferocious eaters.

I found a couple on the flower stalks of one of my VFTs
