what is this?

is my flytrap dying? or is it fried?

I was looking for gnarled leaves, which would be aphids. I don't see that. I don't see blackened traps, which is is unusual for a suffering plant. I think I see critter damage as in maybe a bird trying to get at food that is trapped, but I'm not certain. I also see lots of green leaves and new growth, so I think what is happening is external to the plant.

Only thing I can see that you may be asking about is that some of the older, outer leaves have some brown spots which could definitly be burns.

That is..... your usual everyday venus fly trap.
 
soo as long as theres new growth
theres nothing to b worried about?
