What is this blue groundcover?

This stuff grows on moss covered rocks, logs, and on the ground near or in water. It doesn't grow underwater. What is it? It's fast growing, cold hardy (native), very short, and is always in flower with blue flowers with yellow centers. It's a great ground cover.

Great, that's totally it! How do you pronounce "bluet"?

Like saying the color blue with et on the end blue et but say it fast. You should frame that first one.
