I hope to propogate pygmy drosera in the future, but in order to do so, i need to know what the gemmae look like. Where do the gemmae form on the plant, and what do they look like? Any pics of gemmae on plants would be appreciated.
Gemmae are found in the center of the plant. They are essentially modified leaves that form in the fall or early winter as the plant is going into winter dormancy.
Here's a link to a topic initiated by Christain Dietz, awhile back, that has several photos of gemmae. Hopefully, they are NOT the same ones provided by BobZ.
