How often should you water your VFT?? Never let the water run ut of the plate??

VFTs don't like to be kept super wet, keep a max of 1" of water in the tray and consider only refilling when there is only a film of water left.

I can see a difference from my VFT from when they arrived yesterday morning. They seem to have come to life. I will take the cup top off tomorrow so that they will grow. (smile)

Go slow taking the cup off, maybe start with 1/2-1 hour a day for a week and then work up. This slow acclimization is better for the plant.
