I wonder how they get their plants so red... after a while the ones I grew from walmart turned to a typical color.

The people they bought them from new how to grow them of course. They simply sold them with wrong instructoins, Its a prophit, sell die buy more.

From what I can tell the plants from walmart are grown in fairly low light. The sawtoothed leaves are supposed to be a sign of that, and all of the richly colored leaves on mine have them.

Note: Those are also the winter rosettes.
