Vft 'red traps' ?

I haven't seen a color form like this before. Can you help me out here?

It is a bit hard to see from your photo, but does it look like the "All Red Trap"?

But the traps of my VFT are completely red and the traps of the 'All Red Trap' form are only red on the inside and into the cilia(sp?).

One more thing, could I register this Vft with the ICPS as a cultivar if it is different from any other Vft variety, even though I bought it?
