VFT In Seattle

I just ordered a VFT and i was just wondering if there was anything special i should do for it in Washington because it rains alot. I am concerned with if it will get enought light if i just put it on the window sill in my living room.

I would consider using artificial lighting. I got a 2' twin bulb fluorescent fixture and two cool white bulbs at lowe's for around &#3620. I haven't had my plant long but it seems to be doing well.

ok it depends on which direction your window faces realy if it is south you are just fine

when it gets to be realy dreary weather you might want it under lights but it'll be fine with out just not as red in it.
Hey put a bucket outside and get some free water too
