Veitchii x maxima and x eymae

Just curious which of these crosses which were recently sold by EP, veitchii x maxima and veitchii x eymae would do fair better in lowland conditions...

Both are actually available right now if I'm not mistaken. And personally, I wouldn't attempt either of those in LL conditions. But if I had to choose one to torture, it'd be veitchii x maxima. No way veitchii x eymae would make it. Heck, my veitchii x eymae is creepin' along in my HL greenhouse.

Something with eymae just creeping along? I'll have to take your word for it...
I think the important question is, what elevation is the mother from? There's veitchii all up and down those mountains. I wouldn't try either in strictly lowland conditions unless one of the parents was also a lowlander.
