Where did you find it?

If it were in a rice paddy in Thailand (or other place in Asia), my guess would be Utricularia aurea.

It was in a clog up stream around the clay hills where Many abandoned chopped tree trunks were left. Water was greenish brown. While a nearby pond further below was blue green which does not connect to the stream. (used to have VFT there but now gone). From Malaysia
