Utricularia basement dweller

Just repotted some utrics and this Utricularia livida surprised me. Bought it as a plug over a year ago and potted it hastily into a yogurt cup. Over the summer it was in full sun on an east facing window and looked sadder than ever. Turns out that most of the show was happening underground, since the white container still allowed it to photosynthesize there. Hope to see some flowers next year.

Nice!. I have a livida for 2 years, always under lights, peat /perlite mix, seated on distilled water tray. Never bloomed, and looked sad. Someone recommended low light. I relocated it on a west faced window sill, behind a tall pot. Now, it is filling its pot and looks green and happy!. Hopefully flowers are next. 🤞🏻
