I'm a bit worried, one leaf is broken, and the other is a bit yellow. However, nothing has gotten worse since I got it.

it is normal. Neps can take months to get settled in after being shipped and transplanted, etc. i think i have had some that it too almost a year for them to get over shipping stress. Could be my odd conditions also.... YMMV
