Unidentified plants

I am not sure what I am growing. I looked up all the seeds I used but they don't seem to be any of them. Can anyone tell me what these are?

Second one is Lamb's Quarters, a common, tasty and very nutritious weed. First one has the look of a member of the Knotweed family.
