Unidentified Mexican ping

Bought this one a while back without any label on it. Replanted it a month ago in a pure mineral based substrate.

Without a record of its history or a decent flower to work with, and ID is just about impossible; even with a flower it may be difficult as many species and hybrids can look very similar. Color and leaf shape suggest possibly a cyclosecta hybrid or relative, but that's about as close as I can get.
