Tree ID Needed

I found this tree growing at a home next to another I was doing some pond work on, and have no idea whatsoever what it is. It's located in zone 6B. Any ideas?

I agree. While they look nice, what sort of a tree is unfortunate enough to be called a MONKEY PUZZLE? That name sounds more like something you'd call a person with great ineptitude.
