I would like it if you could explain to me step by step what to do and how much it will cost and supplies? i am just very curious on how this whole process works and then i would like to try it.
 
I believe Jaie posted a link to kitchenculture.com that you should go read if your interested in tissue culture. Jaie (partner in petflytrap) is also an active tissue culturer.
