To much light or something else?

In this tank I have U Longifolia, Cephalous , D "Floating", a pygmy and a unknown Drosera. Two walls are reflective. Humidity ranges from 40% to 60% and temp of 74 degrees.

Pictures 1 and 2.

Right next to this is another tank with a bit lower light levels and 84% humidity. This Floater is a leaf cutting taken at the same time as the one above. It has better color but is nowhere as big.

Is this due to too much light in the first tank? I see that the other Drosera is just leaf without the hairs. The Longifolia doesn't look as happy as I would hope also.

Suggestions?
