The things you find while weeding

This morning, we pulled out a couple of small tubs of lilies from behind a greenhouse ( wintering position) and put them out into their summer location. MrsG started to weed them and found a few little welcome surprises.

Is this an orchid?

It certainly is. It's probably Dactylorhiza fuchsii.
