Artical 1 Section 8 of the Constitution, It says that the Legislative Branch
"To coin money, regulate the value thereof, and of foreign coin, and fix the standard of weights and measures;"

Why then is the Federal Reserves not even a apart of the legislative branch?

Sorry to still be a little off topic, but is their some place to see what percent of our taxes are spent on what? (i don't pay taxes other than whats put on goods as far as Im aware i haven't paid taxes willingly)

Wait wait wait, doesnt the Federal Reserve run with the united state mint? Is the US mint run under the Federal Reserve or is that Apart of some thing ealse?
