Terrarium setup with fog and lights?

Hi
I’m thinking of giving helis another try. Was going to set up a fish tank with grow lights. I was thinking of piping in fog via a humidifier. I read online (in reference to a tank for lizards) not to have the fog on when the lights are on. The poster didn’t explain why though. For plants does anyone know of a reason to be concerned? Leaf burn maybe? What do other people do?

Hi there! I would suggest checking out Andrew's thread before making something elaborate for Helis. Sorry I don't have an answer about fog with lights on, for my greenhouse, the humidifier runs when needed regardless of sun position.

Thanks. I actually read it first. Very impressive. I’ve killed three over the years and want to minimize the chances of it happening again
