terrarium lighting

CP30

A Cajun(isc) Carnivore
compact fluorescent or power compact?

Which should I purchase for use as supplemental light inside a standing English terrarium? The terrarium sits in a south window and is 19" x 19" x 23" high with metal frame and unremovable top (the doors are on the front).
I have been looking at 12" PC fixtures as well as compact fluorecsents
I am concerned about heat output as well as lumen output. I already understand that actinic bulbs are useless.
I already have a few sources, but any ideas on a good source for the fixture?

Any help would be, errr, helpful.

PC without a doubt !

coralife prefabbed fixures are nice, and expensive, or ahsupply.com for retrofits.

I know the PC produce more lumens, but the CF cost much less. DO they (CF) produce significantly more heat?

I have been eyeing Current's satellite 12" single or double light fixtures. Does coralife have a 12" or 18" fixture?
