Update....

Well its been a few weeks now..  and here are the results...

As you can see, they are sprouting quite readily.  As you say Bugweed, I guess they didnt read the book that said they weren't supposed to..  lol

Edit: For the curious, I did nothing special at all with these cuttings. There is no rooting hormone, fertalizer, esscence of magial bud formation or any other form of enhancement whatsoever used here. 1 leaf (cut into segments, dead bugs and all), 1 jar, plain R/O or Distilled water, place under fluorescent lights.
