Sundew appears to of paused growth

I have this Sundew plant, was a great healthy plant last year, died away over winter and for the last 6 weeks it appears to be stuck, as per photo, it just seems to of paused it’s growth with nothing appearing to be happening, this is my first plant so i’m an amateur, it’s being kept in the same spot where it thrived last year, partial sun and only watered with rain water, any advice please or do i just need to be patient?618B03FF-9A1E-47CF-8F0D-EF32E6D59E6A.jpeg

Do you keep the pot in standing water? That is what is usually done by successful growers. The little sprouts look healthy and may just need a little time. They will probably absorb as much sunlight as you can give them but partial sun can be successful. For more general growing info I suggest you try here: https://www.carnivorousplants.org/grow/guides/SubtropicalDrosera. For more specific questions - you've come to the right place.

Hello, thanks for the reply, yes it’s had its whole life in standing water but recently I’ve watered from the top as well to see if that helps, it was in full sun but the shoots appeared to struggle even more, I’ve covered them to increase humidity and i’ll see how they go.

Covering them shouldn't be necessary. My D. capensis survives my apt's 15% winter humidity without a problem.

You could remove the two "invaders" at the 1 o'clock and, roughly, 10 o'clock positions. Be better to do that now before they get much bigger.

thank you, invaders removed and my shoots do appear to of got a tiny bit bigger since my post.

I find starts and stops to be not uncommon with my sundews when they are in their growing phases. Especially if there is a change in temperature or other major environmental aspects. Good luck!
