There really aren't any nurseries that regularly offer more than the common couple of species (and nursery names aren't really supposed to be dropped here either). And not many private growers with many species either because the US does not naturally have climates in most of it that lend to growing the true temperates very easily, so it's a more dedicated thing that only a small percentage work toward. I have a handful of species, but they are only just starting to propagate.
I think that here some amateurs cultivate P.macroceras and P.vulgaris.
ditto for the US subtropical: P.primuliflora; P. pumila ; P.ionantha;P.planifolia; P.lutea: P.caerulea
