Sooty mold treatment?

I was just wondering if there are any fungicides that can be used to treat sooty mold on sarrs....I tried the standard "Wipe it off" suggestion with little success...can anyone give me any suggestions?

So my sarrs are stuck with this hidious stuff forever? Geez....I'm starting to wish I didn't get them.....:-(
