smal insects

Surrently they full the peat of my plants, and belive it they dont eat them...... they are small, like 2mm or 4mm a litle fast and they dont like a lot the foog maker!, i put it on to kill them but i dont work, any help is apreciated.

Dont worry about them. Those are just gnats, and my sundews and pings eat them quite often, especially after watering, as the water rises, they all run up, and get stuck

true, i water them and they get crazy!!!!!!! thanks for answer, now im more calm =).
