That really depends - you need to tell us more about the plant. Does it need to be repotted? If it's growing OK in the pot it's in, why should you repot it? My adelae has been fine for months in a peat/perlite mix. I hear they enjoy growing in sphagnum, but mine does great just how it is so I don't question success.

Well I was reading about it and it had that they like to have a loose soil that is not water logged. I've been dumping water on it trying to get it to recover from shipping. It's starting to come back with some leaves getting red and getting some dew. But then other leaves are brown and look like they won't come back. The leaves that are getting red and dewy look like they are new leaves so I dunno. Should I cut off the brown leaves? Should I repot it something it would like better?
