shipping to PR

Anyone know if it would be legal to ship spagh moss to puerto rico?

I don't know why not. If it can be shipped to a place like CA with all its agricultural restrictions, PR should be no problem.

I just called USPS about shipping for a customer in Puerto Rico, they said it was fine there are no restrictions. Since they are a US Territory. I would guess spagh moss would be the same.
