Setup for Highland Nepenthes and how to manage intermediates and lowlands

I've attached my setup, a small bedroom. ATM have 4 total growlights (one isn't hanging) with humidifier, fans. There's 8 bonsai trees and around 80-100 adeniums I still have to move in from outside so space is manageable but could be better. I've had 5-6 Nepenthes for a few years but really dove head first the past 6-8 weeks. Bought 20 with another 6 on the way. Most are intermediate and lowland with a few like Hamata x robcantleyi, singlana, Hamata x chaniana, villosa x boschiana and others like that. NYC area so temps in the room ATM around 78 during the days and 62 at night. Summer temps can hit 90+ during the day. There's no AC in the room and opening the door helps but I've closed it to keep humidity up. Going forward I'm going to have to put a portable AC in to keep temps manageable and leaving a window open can get temps into the 50s at night but it's not controlled.

I've wanted ultra highlands for awhile but they're expensive and I don't want to waste money. Want to do it right so I've researched everything from evaporative coolers to portable AC to chest freezers to grow tents. On a budget I can splurge for a freezer or tent 200 or less but any money saved is a win. Don't want to go cheap but don't want to go fancy and expensive either. I have a bin that I could use for now and cover it with a plexiglass kinda lid and attach hoses. Ideally a tent end goal or a tall fridge/wine chiller for when they eventually grow larger. Any suggestions or experiences on dropping temp and diy Chambers are greatly appreciated. My current setup I'm thinking about ditching a table and getting wire racks to manage space and light. Any suggestions on shelves also id appreciate.
