Its been months and my seeds still have not germinated!
The temp in the kitchen where they are is 68 degrees F
could that be why they are not germinating?

What species are you trying to germinate? Some require various treatments to sprout.

VFT, 3 types of sarracenia, and 4 types of drosera
They hit 70 days on the soil 2/13/19

The Sarracenia need stratification for at least 4 weeks if they haven't been given it, Dionaea might as well if the seeds are old, and we need more information on Drosera, because there are species on every continent that require very, very different conditions for germination.
