Sarracenia question

I recently ordered a Sarracenia ready potted, however have notice that in the pot itself the block of peat and perlite it is in does not touch the side of the pot, is this a problem and should I repot it?

I would think it was just shifted from shipping. Have you watered it really well? Set the pot in a deep dish and water well, let soak there for a day and see if it expands to fill the void. If not you should be able to tap the pot on the ground and have it repack into the voids. But overall I don't think it's an issue and should resolve itself eventually.
