Safe to feed Millipedes?

Millipedes produce various defense liquids that can be harmful to other animals. Are millipedes safe to feed to Nepenthes or will the plants be harmed as well?

I haven't fed my Nepenthes millipedes, but they have found their own way into the pitchers now and then. As far as I can tell, they just get eaten by the plant all the same like ever other bug that drops in.
I think the only (slightly) problematic bugs I've had are bumblebees. They sometimes stay afloat due to their hairyness and can start to mold.
