I did not have high hopes for this piece of rhizome when it broke off from its parent plant. It was ripped out of the soil three times by some creature (probably a squirrel) and was looking a little worse for wear. It has surprised me by putting up a series of beautiful pitchers and even started a new growth point. I decided to take a series of photos of the largest pitcher as it formed similar to what I did with the Okee Giant.
