Nice. Mine just started popping up a few days ago.

Fantastic, I love this plant and Amorphophallus too.

The flies were lined up outside my greenhouse the morning this thing bloomed. I've never seen a plant so adept at attracting its pollinator.

It could be corm size / Mine are 3 years old

I use a mix of
Compost
Manure
Horse Poop
Peat and/or Potting Soil
Bone Meal / Dry crushed bones work just as good
&
Bark for drainage

To bad they don't last longer than a day

Kind of sucks / But they're still cool looking non the less
