S.Purpurea spp. Purpurea Flower Bud.

Hey guys, I just decided to pull the "closed" growth point open on a Purpurea spp. Purpurea to see what was goign on in there. And I see a flower bud! It is pretty #### cool! I didn't hurt anything I just pulled it open then of course it shut back up. But I can't wait for it to bloom! Darn cool though!

Stefano, the bud is to small to be photographed now.

How do yo pull the growth point open?

I simply just puled it apart as it was "swelled" up from the bud coming up. Pretty cool huh? I used a pair of forceps to pull it apart GENTLY.
