Ro+Di System

Hey, I am currently looking for an Ro+Di system where I can just hook it up to my sink faucet to filter. Although, I spoke to someone from filterdirect who told me I need to drill holes into my pipes for it to drain. I can't drill holes into my pipes because I live in an apt of a private house. My landlord doesn't allow it.

Can anyone suggest me something that might work for me?

You dont have to drill pipes.. All units will work with a faucet adapter or two. We have one on our site that comes with the RODI faucet adapter and built in TDS meter which is nice. http://www.barrierreefaquariums.com/productcart/pc/Barrier-Reef-s-100-GPD-Deluxe-RO-DI-38p10746.htm I would of bought this one if we'd of carried it back when I bought my Filter Direct model. If you're using this with a standard household faucet(which you prolly are), you'll need one of these http://www.amazon.com/Lees-Ultimate-Faucet-Adapter-Metal/dp/B0002APTXG You unscrew the metal filter from the faucet, and screw the metal adapter into its place, then the RODI faucet adapter goes onto that. If you want to go with the filter direct model, you will need to order a faucet adapter to go with it because they dont come with them. Those will be available somewhere on Filter Direct's site.. Edit: I believe they call them "Garden Hose adapters" or something like that.

Thanks for the information, Av8tor and Brie. I am most likely going to order the one you bought from filterdirect, brie. Looks efficient and he has all the refills in his store.
