Repotting my pitchers

Is it ok to repot a pitcher after it already has them growing? Apparently I have a secondary plant sprouting up, with it's own baby pitchers.

That's a basal plant, its connected below the media to your main vine and not a separate plant. I'd leave it (and the smaller one next to it) there and let them make the plant into a bush. If you would rather have separate plants, it could be cut off and rooted to create a new separate plant. Have a look at my indoors hanging N. x ventrata here: My house Nep (N. x ventrata) to see what they can look like if you leave the extra growth points there and just let it grow bushy. :)
